Applied Mathematics 211 -- Introduction to Numerical Mathematics
Course Description: Principles and techniques of numerical analysis, synthesis and computation: interpolation and approximation, numerical quadrature and differentiation, linear and nonlinear equations, optimization, differential and integral equations.

Prerequisites: Applied Mathematics 105a and 105b; Applied Mathematics 111 or 120 would be helpful.
