Course Description: Focus on theoretical work for studying operations planning and control problems. Topics vary from year to year, and include supply chain design and coordination, logistic and distribution systems, make-to-order systems, call centers and service operations, procurement, pricing, revenue management, the sales/production interface, inventory theory, flexible manufacturing systems.
